Liability Disclaimer

By accepting services from Pumpkin City Porches, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
 

Pumpkin City Porches shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the placement, use, or condition of decorations, including, but not limited to, pumpkins, hay bales, cornstalks, mums, signage, or other seasonal décor. All items are placed with safety and care; however, natural materials may attract pests, deteriorate, or create tripping or slipping hazards.
 

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the condition of these decorations and to maintain a safe environment on their property. Pumpkin City Porches is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or property damage that occur after delivery and setup are complete.

By using our services, the customer assumes full responsibility and releases Pumpkin City Porches, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims of liability, injury, or loss related to the decorations or their placement. The customer also gives Pumpkin City Porches permission to post and use photos of their home or business on all socials, website or other use. Photos will be posted anonymously with no mention of home owner and addresses will be blurred out if requested. We spray our pumpkin displays with a natural peppermint oil solution that helps deter rodents, if you would prefer not to have display sprayed please let us know in client intake form.
